How to make sure the OMSMAF online tools work in Internet Explorer (IE)
It has come to our attention that a user setting on some members’ PCs tends to disable our online tools. Should you find that any of the tools appear not to be working, and you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you may want to change this setting on your PC, if you want to use these tools.
Depending on which version of IE you are using, click on ‘Tools’, or the small gear (Settings) icon at the top of your browser window.
Click on ‘Compatibility View settings’.
Untick the box ‘Display intranet sites in Compatibility View’.
(If your browser still does not display the online tool properly, it may be that your browser is out of date.)
